SHIPPING INFO:
Shipped priority mail USPS, within 1-2 business days
We are closed on Monday & Tuesdays
USPS does not ship on weekends & holidays
Handling: 1-3 business days.
Hawaii orders: 1-3 day delivery after being marked shipped.
United States orders: 3-5 delivery after being marked shipped.
International orders: 6-12 delivery after being marked shipped.
*Tracking numbers are sent with shipping confirmation email.
(All custom shipping boxes are under 10inx4in to fit in standard mailboxes. If your mailbox is smaller then this, your mail carrier may have placed it near garage or door)
PAYMENT:
-Credit card payments are safely processed through Shopify. Our company does not hold or view any credit card information.
-Refunded payments will appear in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
*Lash Label reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
-Orders cannot be changed after confirmation.
DELIVERY ISSUES:
-If your tracking info says 'delivered' your package was scanned at the geolocation of your residence. If you cannot find your package, please contact your local USPS or daily mail carrier, they will help you find the exact geolocation of your package.
-Lash Label is not accountable for stolen mail after it has been marked 'delivered' to the address on file.
-Please choose the 'signed delivery' option, if you are skeptical about your mail being stolen from your mailbox or doorstep.
REFUNDS:
No refunds. Exchanges are in store only within 10 business days.
